Welcome to Always Michigan Cottage
This Cottage is nestled on 70 feet of prime lakefront property on Upper Hamlin Lake in Ludington, Michigan. This comfortable duplex features a pier with 4 boat slips, and is located on one of Michigan's most spectacular lakes. Hamlin Lake is a 5,000 acre, all-sports lake that offers great fishing and water sports.

This Cottage is situated next to Barnhart's Resort and Marina, which offers seasonal full restaurant, boat rentals, gas, and occasionally, live music entertainment.

Lower Unit equipped with 2 Bedrooms (1 with 2 full beds and 1 with King bed), 1 Bathroom with Shower, Walkout Deck, 1 Boat Slip
Upper Unit equipped with 2 Bedrooms (1 with Queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds), 1 bathroom with tub/shower, walkout deck, and 1 Boat Slip
Amenities
Large Flat Screen TV/DVD Player in each Unit. Unfortunately No WiFi. Unfortunately no A/C. Cable with HBO and minimal channels. Each Cottage has Picnic Table, Breathtaking Views of Hamlin Lake, 3 Box Fans, Microwave, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Cookware, Utensils, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Weber Charcoal Grill, Shared Fire Pit by the Lake.
Rates
Rates per Cottage:
Summer Rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day) - $850 per week with the exception of Fireworks Week (usually a Saturday near the 4th) - $900/week no discounts.
Off-Season Rentals (Labor Day through Memorial Day) - $750 per week OR minimum 4 night stay @ $150 per night.
*$50 discount will be applied to guests that have stayed with us before - only available on weekly rental
Sorry - No Pets
An extra boat slip may be available for $40/day
Maximum Occupancy - 6 guests per cottage

Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than a month prior to your arrival date, the $200 downpayment will be held for a period of one year. It can be transferred towards a separate reservation within one year of the cancelled date. If you do not rent within a year, your downpayment will be forfeited. Your dates will be re-listed. If your dates get re-booked, your $200 deposit will be refunded in its entirety.
If you cancel within two weeks of your booking date, your entire rental fee will be forfeited.
